GHANTA SRIDHAR The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.3660 OF 2019 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “….to issue a writ or order or direction more fully in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of the official respondents No.3 to 7 at the instigation of Respondent No.9 to 11 in interfering with my personal and business life, harassing me and my family members is illegal, improper, arbitrary, violative of my right to life and property besides being opposed to the principles of Natural Justice is illegal, improper, arbitrary, being opposed to the principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents not to Interfere with the day to day personal and business life of the petitioner and his family members and pass…” 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the unofficial respondent did not receive any report from the petitioner. Police did not interfere in the matter and they never contemplated to take steps for initiating proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. They never harassed the petitioner and his family members. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of above submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition may be closed, as no further orders are required at this length of time. 4. Considering the above submissions, the writ petition is closed at the stage of admission, without going into merits of the case. 4 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
