An application has been made for reducing the rent deed. The said application has been rejected by the order impugned. I have heard respective counsel for the parties and perused the material on record. It is an admitted case that the lease was granted in favour of the petitioner in the year 2016. An agreement was executed between the parties. Petitioner was bound by the agreement of the year 2016. After 9 years, petitioner cannot claim that the lease rent be reduced. No case for interference is made out. Writ petition is misconceived and the same stands dismissed.
