At the outset, learned State counsel informs the Court that a cancellation report has been submitted to the Court on 04.02.2025, which is pending for consideration. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Prayer is accepted. Dismissed as withdrawn.
