1. The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:-
“A. To set aside a letter dated 16/02/2025(Annexure-6) issued under the pen and signature of concerned respondent no.2 who illegally and arbitrarily manner passed the ex-parte order in which the earlier order dated 24/01/2025 in which the status quo over the property was withdrawn despite of the facts that the next date was fixed on 21/02/2025 and without hearing the petitioner in application case no 26/2025.
B. To call for the entire case record with respect to application case no. 26/2025 which is pending before the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dumka.”

2. On the instruction of the client, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
