The following prayer has been made in the writ petition:- " Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent No.6 to provide the information under Right to Information Act, 2005, regarding to the application dated 06.09.2023, under Right to Information Act, 2005, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. The case of the petitioner is that respondent No.6 has failed to provide information sought from him under the Right to Information Act, 2005. The U.P. Information Commission, consequently imposed a fine of Rs.25,000/-, still the order is not being complied with. 3. In case, the order of the Commission has attained finality, we find no reason why respondent No.6 is not furnishing the relevant information. However, we leave it open to the petitioner to approach the U.P. Information Commission, which has imposed the penalty, in case, the order passed by the Commission is being violated. 4.
