The instant writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 28.01.2011, passed by the NOIDA Authority, whereby the plot allotted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.1.2009 was cancelled. 3. We do not find any plausible reason to condone the inordinate delay in the instant matter. 4. The writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of laches.
