Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that the 3 rd respondent had already sent a proposal appointing the petitioners, namely M.Sangeetha as B.T. Assistant (Maths) and S.Sheela as B.T.Assistant (Science) vide their proposal dated 01.06.2025.
