Heard learned Advocate Mr. Ashutosh Rajput for the applicant and learned APP Mr. Manan Maheta for the respondent-State. 2. Rule. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State. 3. By way of this application the applicant prays for being released on temporary bail more particularly to perform the last rites of his late father, who is stated to have expired today morning. 4. It appears that the present applicant is arraigned as an accused in connection with an FIR bearing CR. No. 11192017240106/2024 registered with Detroj Police Station, Ahmedabad District. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned advocate for the applicant and having perused the documents on record, it would appear that the applicant has never been released herein before, arrested on 01.04.2024. It would also appear that the fact of demise is confirmed by Sarpanch of R/CR.MA/23613/2025 ORDER DATED: 13/11/2025 village in question. 6. Having regard to such circumstances, this Court is inclined to consider this application. Hence, the applicant is directed to be released on temporary bail for a period of 07 Days (Three Seven Days) from the date of his actual release on executing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Jail Authority. The applicant shall mark his presence with the concerned Police Station on the 4th day during the temporary bail. 7. The applicant shall surrender before Jail Authority on completion of temporary bail, without fail. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted. (NIKHIL S.
