GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following order: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue Writ or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not providing Police aid for prevention of construction of building by the Unofficial Respondents in RS.No.87/40 c in Chalivendrapalem villag, Kankipadu mandal, Krishna distrct inspite of making representation on 21.12.2018 and 7.2.2019 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to 2 provide Police protection for prevention of construction of building by the Unofficial Respondents in RS. No. 87/40c in Chalivendrapalem village, Kankipadu mandal, Krishna district in view of injunction order passed in I.A. No. 933/2018 in O.S. No. 1225/2018 by the Ist Additional Junior Civil Judge Vijayawada and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and pass such … “ 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State is in attendance. 3. None appeared for the petitioners either physically or through Video Conference, though the matter is posted under the caption “for dismissal”. There was no representation for the petitioners today, as well as on the previous adjournment. 4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
