JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo which reads as follows: MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL "The advocate for the Petitioner submits as follows: The Petitioner filed the present Writ Petition aggrieved by the order dated 27.10.2023 passed by the Respondent No.33 in RA(YNK) No.448/2023 and order passed by the Respondent in R.P.No.129/2024 C/W 61/2024 in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.15, measuring 6 acres 0-19 guntas situated at Billamaranahalli Village, Jala Hobli, Yelahanka Taluk, Bengaluru urban district. During the pendency of this petition, the Petitioner and the Respondent No.4 and with legal heirs of the father of Respondent No.1 filed the joint compromise petition before the 3rd Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Bangalore Rural at Devanahalli. The Hon'ble Court pleased allowed the Compromise petition and decreed the suit in terms of Compromised petition. Dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.4, and his family has been settled amicably. Hence, this Memo of withdrawal.
