The present criminal writ petition is being filed for following relief(s): “For directing and commanding to the respondents to give protection of life and Patna High Court CR. WJC No.224 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 property to the petitioner by taking legal and proper action against the respondents because the Respondent No. 12 has lodged an First Information Report vide Town Sahayak P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024 dated 04.03.2024 offence under sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner without proper investigation and therefore, no coercive action should be taken during the pendency of this criminal writ petition. And further be pleased to grant other relief/reliefs as the petitioner is entitled for.” 3.
