Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, Police had taken up investigation in Crime No.2 of 2020 on the file of Chebrole Police Station for the offences under Sections 324, 323 and 506 read with 34 IPC and after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tadepalligudem which was numbered as C.C.No.284 of 2020. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3.
