Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:137778-DB Court No. - 3 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 24955 of 2025 Petitioner :- M/S Katiyar Beej Bhandar Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Namit Srivastava,Rajesh Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Krishna Mohan Asthana Hon'ble Shekhar B. Saraf,J. Hon'ble Praveen Kumar Giri,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Krishna Mohan Asthana, learned counsel for the respondent bank and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to make payment of the outstanding amount and prays that the recovery citation issued against him be quashed. 3. We are of the view that this matter is required to be settled between the petitioner and the bank through a meeting. 4. Accordingly, we direct the petitioner to approach the bank on August 19, 2025. The bank should explain the entire dues to the petitioner and provide a proper statement of account to the petitioner. 5. It is to be noted that the petitioner has also made a Fixed Deposit (FD) with the bank which the bank has used by way of adjusting the same with the payment that is due to the bank. The bank should provide the exact details to the petitioner and if the petitioner is in a situation to make payment of the said amount, the bank should consider his case sympathetically and grant him some time/installment to make the said payment. 6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 13.8.2025 K.K. Maurya (Praveen Kumar Giri, J.) (Shekhar B. Saraf, J.)
