On 01.04.2019, this Court permitted the investigating agency to proceed further with the investigation while restraining the investigating agency from affecting arrest of petitioner/AI. On hearing the submissions on both sides, it transpires that in this gap of five years, the Investigating Officer must have proceeded with the investigation. In these circumstances, with the following directions, this criminal petition could be disposed of. 4.
