The present petition has been preferred for the Patna High Court MJC No.3739 of 2024(3) dt.19-09-2025 4/5 following relief/s: (i) for invoking the contempt jurisdiction of this Hon'ble High Court for deliberate and willful disobedience of Order dated 19.04.2024 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 971 of 2024 wherein and whereby this Hon'ble Court was pleased to dispose of the aforesaid Writ Petition with direction upon Respondent No. 5. the Collector, East Champaran, Motihari to take the matter to its logical conclusion within a period of three months from the date of representation before him but the Collector, East Champaran falled to comply the aforesaid order. 3. On 19.04.2024, this Court disposed of the matter directing the petitioner to approach the Collector, East Champaran at Motihari who shall be taking up the matter to its logical conclusion within a period of three months. 4.
