Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and also taking into consideration that the petitioner is having a minor child aged about 4 years, I find force in the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners for transfer of M.C.No.224/2024 pending consideration before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballari.
