Mitali Sonowal Mech and her two minor children and Ms. P. Borthakur, learend counsel for the Insurance Company. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the applicants that the applicants may be allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs.30,50,074/- (Rupees Thirty Lacs Fifty Thousand and Seventy Four) deposited by the Insurance Company before the Registry of this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the Insurer has no objection. 4. The applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount from the Registry of this Court on executing a bond to the satisfaction of the Registry of this Court after proper verification. 5.
