The present application has been filed assailing the order dated 03-03-2025 issued by the Joint Secretary (PHE), Government of Manipur, effecting inter transfer and posting of the petitioner and the private respondent No. 3. The learned GA placed before this court an order dated 15-05-2025 issued by the Secretariat: PHE Department by which the transfer and posting of the petitioner and the private respondent has been restored in their original place before issuance of the impugned transfer order dated 03-03-2025. The learned GA submitted that in view of the subsequent transfer and posting order dated 15-05-2025, the petitioner has got the relief and no cause survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. The learned GA, accordingly, prays for closing this writ petition as infructuous. Mr. B.P. Sahu, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as the petitioner has got the relief, the present writ petition can be closed as infructuous.
