Ravishankar, the learned Senior counsel who appears for the petitioner acknowledges receipt of pay order dated 30.07.2025 drawn on Standard Chartered Bank for a sum of Rs.2,00,25,000/- in favour of the petitioner and he also submits that with this handing over, the petition could be dismissed.
