Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2. By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court below concerned to decide the Complaint Case No. 841 of 2021 (Smt. Pooja Chaudhary Vs. Kamal Dev), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Modinagar, District- Ghaziabad, pending in the court of learned Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Court No.1, Ghaziabad, within a short stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is wife of the respondent no.2. The applicant has filed a case for maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before the court below concerned, which is pending since 2021. He further submits that the applicant is living in her Mayka (parental house) and she has no source of income. He submits that the respondent no.2 is deliberately not appearing before the court below. 4. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
