The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 20.05.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 6579 of 2025 whereby Writ Court has directed the opposite party to decide the representation by a speaking order. Learned counsel for applicants submitted that though representation has been decided vide order dated 14.07.2025, but it is not a speaking order, therefore, it is violation of order of Writ Court. I have perused the order passed upon the representation. In compliance of order of Writ Court, decision has been taken, therefore, no contempt is made out.
