Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that after filing of this writ petition order dated July 16, 2025 under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') has been passed wherein certain directions have been given to the petitioner/bank to approach the police authority for execution of the order passed under Section 14 of the Act. 4. In light of the said order, we are of the view that the writ petitioner should proceed as per the order passed by the authority concerned and in the event if there is any doubt an application seeking clarification may be filed by the bank before the authority concerned. 5.
