The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “1. The Parties to compound the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered by the Police Station in Crime AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN 2 No 86/2012. 2. Quash the order of Conviction sentencing the petitioner to imprisonment and fine for 2+3+2+1 years and Rs. 1000+2000+1000+500/- in the Criminal Case No. 46/2013 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Balodabazar (Chhattisgarh) as against the petitioners. 3. And/or quash the criminal proceedings in entirety and incidental thereto or any other relief as the court may deem fit in the interest of justice, equity and good conscious.” 2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Case No.46/2013, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court vide order dated 08.04.2022. 3.
