On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered FIR in Crime No.299 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 376, 324 & 506(2) of IPC. After completion of investigation, the FIR has been closed as “further action dropped”. The referred charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur, on 16.04.2025. 3.
