2. Respondent is served with the notice and unrepresented.
3. Present petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC with the following prayer:
“Wherefore, in the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is most respectfully prayed that, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner and grant the following relief(s): i. To issue a direction, direction to transfer MC No.5486/2023, pending on the file of II Additional Principal Judge Family Court at Bengaluru, to the II Additional Civil Judge

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42669 CP No. 373 of 2024 and JMFC at Chitradurga by allowing this petition with costs, in the interest of justice and equity. ii. To grant, any such other relief/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.”
3.1. Respondent being the husband of the petitioner; filed a matrimonial case for divorce in MC No.5486/2023.
3.2. Petitioner-wife has sought for transfer of the said proceedings to the Court at Chitradurga on the ground that she is unable to appear before the Bengaluru Court on account of financial difficulty and also having regard to the young child.
3.3. Moreover, she submits that she has already filed the petition seeking maintenance in Crl. Misc. No.798/2024 at Chitradurga and both the matters can be tried at the Court at Chitradurga.

4. Taking note of the difficulties expressed by the petitioner, if the petitioner is permitted to appear through video conference before the Family Court and participate effectively in the matrimonial proceedings, the matter can be disposed of effectively.
5. If for any reason, the petitioner is not having required infrastructure facility, she may utilize the services of ‘e-seva Kendra’ situated at Chitradurga Court Complex and with the help of software assistant/system assistant, she can participate in the pending matrimonial case in MC No.5486/2023.
6. With the observations, following:
