Narendar) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel would submit that petitioner is vested with an alternate remedy of revision under Rule 78 of the Uttarakhand Minor Mineral (Concession) Rules. 3. The submission is placed on record. 1 2025:UHC:3522-DB 4. The writ petition is not maintainable in view of the availability of an alternative and efficacious remedy of revision. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of by reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail of the revisional remedy.
