The amendment sought is detailed at paragraph 3, (i) & (ii) of the application. Mr. H Sarma, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no instructions to file any objection in the present application. Perused the aforesaid statements made in paragraph 3, (i) & (ii) and also perused the writ petition. Considering the matter in entirety, this court is of the opinion that amendment will not change the nature and character of the wit petition and the relief sought for. Accordingly, the present application stands allowed. The petitioner to file a comprehensive copy of the writ petition before the Registry incorporating the amendment sought for/allowed and after due verification, the registry shall take the same on record.
