For Petitioner : Mr.K.Prabakaran For R1 : Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) For R2 to R11 : No Appearance O R D E R This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent herein to conduct enquiry and to take appropriate action as against the respondents 2 to 4 by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 18.08.2025. 2. On perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner revealed that she made several allegations as against the respondents 2 to 11 herein. All the allegations as against the Police Officials and others and as such, the 1st respondent forwarded the complaint to the Additional Superintendent of Police, Cyber Crime, Salem District. In turn, the Additional Superintendent of Police, Cyber Crime, Salem District conducted detailed and exhaustive enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and submitted enquiry report as the allegations levelled in the complaint found to be false. Further, the enquiry report also revealed that the purchasers of the land by three persons, who belonged to other community persons and have used the petitioner to send such a false complaint with false allegations to achieve their target. Further, it was found that the land comprised in Survey No.53/3 situated at Lakkampatty Village, Mettur Taluk admeasuring to an extent of 4.78 acres is in possession and enjoyment of the respondents 8 to 11 and their family members. 4. The petitioner lodged the present complaint only on the instigation of the other three persons, who belonged to other community persons in the area without any appropriate documents and right over the said property. Therefore, the direction sought for in this writ petition (criminal) is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (Criminal) is dismissed.
