This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 (Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Agra Region, Agra) to hear and pass appropriate order on the stay application dated 21.12.2024 given in the Computerized Revision no. C20250100000276 of 2025 (Prabhu Dayal Vs. Smt. Meena Devi and others) during the pendency in the above revision within specific time passed by this Hon'ble court preferably within a month." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset states that he is not pressing the prayer made in the writ petiton and is confining the relief that the revision, which is pending before respondent No.3 be decided expeditiously. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent No.3 to decide Computerized Revision no. C20250100000276 of 2025 (Prabhu Dayal Vs. Smt. Meena Devi and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
