The following relief has been claimed in the present writ petition: - "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 4/Sub-Registrar (Registry Department) Tehsil Takha, District- Etawah, not to permit to the private respondent No. 5 to 11 to execute any sale deed with regard to the Gata No. 188 measuring area 0.57di, which was purchased by the petitioner from Smt. Vidya Devi out of total area 0.2310 hectare situated at Main Bazar, Kasba- Usrahar, Tehsil-Takha, District- Etawah in favour of any person, during the pendency of Original Suit Nos. 95 of 1986 (Chandrabhan Vs. Sri Kishan and others) and original suit no. 693 of 1987 (Anyapurna Vs. Vidiya Devi and others) before Civil Judge (Senior Division) Fast Track Court, Etawah, as well as during the pendency of First Appeal From Order No. 901 of 2022 (Smt. Vidya Devi and another Vs. Chandrabhan and others) and First Appeal From Order No. 2238 of 2024 (Smt. Vidya Devi Vs. Chandrabhand and others) before this Hon'ble Court, and during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court." 2. A bare perusal of the writ petition reveals that several suits and other litigations are pending between the parties in relation to the property in question. Evidently, the present writ petition seeks injunction against private respondents and is thus not maintainable. 3. The petition is dismissed.
