No.451 of 2023, before the learned Additional District Judge, Poonamallee., in respect of the very same properties between the same parties, the respondent has filed O.S. No.264 of 2021, before the leaned District Munsif, Ambatttur, seeking relief of permanent injunction alone. 3. In the light of the above, it would be in the interest of all parties, both the suits are tried together, so that there is no multiplicity of proceedings on conflicting orders. Accordingly, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The suit in O.S. No.264 of 2021 is withdrawn from the District Munsif Court, Ambattur and transferred to the file of the Additional District Court at Poonamallee, to be jointly tried with O.S. No.451 of 2023. The Additional District Judge, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of the suits by 22.12.2026. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
