Petitioner has approached this Court that she got retired on 31.10.2024, however, her entire retiral dues are not paid till date. 3. Learned counsel appearing for Respondents fairly submits that grievance of petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and in case of any legal impediment, the same will be communicated to him within a short period. 4. Taking note of above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that amount towards retiral dues be paid to petitioner within a reasonable period and in case of any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to petitioner.
