The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs. (a) Respondents are directed to implement Annexure-A in the Industrial Dispute No.254/2021 vide order dated:05.08.2021 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru. (b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing to consider the representation dated:02.11.2021 vide Annexure-B as well as representation dated:04.02.2025 as per Annexure-C submitted to the respondent. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47628 WP No. 16646 of 2025 4. Suffice it to note that the Industrial Tribunal vide award dated 05.08.2021 set aside the order of punishment. The petitioner is seeking implementation of the award by invoking the writ jurisdiction. Such a prayer cannot be accorded under Writ jurisdiction. I decline to exercise power under the Writ jurisdiction. If at all the petitioner has any grievance, he may take recourse under the law seeking implementation of the award in accordance with the law, if so advised. 5. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Because of dismissal of the Writ Petition, pending interlocutory applications if any are disposed of and interim direction if any stands discharged.
