In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Sri Kamlesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that now the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, present application may be dismissed as infructuous, which is not disputed by Sri Yogeshwar Rai, learned counsel for the applicant. 3. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. 4. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 5.
