Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that father of the petitioner a life convict is very ill and it has been stated that an application has been moved by brother of the petitioner Naseem before the District Magistrate, Hapur, District Hapur. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this application be treated as an application under U.P. Suspension of Sentence of Prisoners Rules, 2007 and that some decision be taken on the application. 3. Learned AGA states that on the application decision shall be taken within a period of ten days. 4. Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, we direct that the District Magistrate, Hapur to decide the application of the petitioner filed on 10.7.2025 within a period of ten days from the date of the production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
