Short counter-affidavit has been filed by Sri Ashish Kumar, on behalf of respondent no.3, which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri Ashish Kumar, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and learned A.G.A for the State. The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 20.6.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 426 of 2025, under Sections- 74, 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Khorabar, District- Gorakhpur. It has been averred in the short counter-affidavit that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 states that respondent no.3 has no objection in case the impugned F.I.R. is quashed. In view of the above, impugned FIR is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this order in the case diary. Let this order be communicated to the S.S.P., Gorakhpur, by the Registrar (Compliance) within 10 days.
