Learned counsel would further Submit that the petitioner has moved a petition before the special court v''de crl.M.P.No.409 of 2024 under Section 505 of BNSS seeking return Of the vehicle pending disposal of the crime. The learned Special Judge allowed the said petition with the condition to execute a personal bond for Rs.1,00,000/- with bank guarantee to be submitted at the time of release of the Vehicle, Learned counsel would submit that, this condition may be modified tO the extent of furnishing sureties for Rs.75,000/-. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that Court may Pass appropriate orders. 5- Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Revision Case iS Partly allowed and the condition of furnishing bank guarantee of Rs.1,OO,000/-is modified directing the petitioner to execute a personal bond for Rs-75,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction Of the learned gr 3 special Judge.
