The present writ petition has been filed inter-alias with the prayer to quash the order dated 25.06.2024 passed by the Respondent No. 2. By the aforesaid order the fair price shop license of the petitioner has been cancelled. 3. Today when the matter is taken up it is informed by the counsel for the petitioner that against the aforesaid order, statutory appeal was filed by the petitioner before the Commissioner of the Division which was also rejected by him. 4. Hence, a prayer has been made to dismiss the present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge both the orders passed against the petitioner namely order dated 25.06.2024 passed by the Respondent No. 2 as well as order dated 09.09.2024 passed on the appeal filed by the petitioner. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
