Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. B.S. Koranga, learned Brief Holder for the State and Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4. 2. Pursuant to the previous order, the Deputy General Manager (Technical) joined the proceedings through video conferencing in order to assist the Court and inform to this Court that the charge of the petitioner has been restored by office memorandum dated 07.10.2024. He has also informed to this Court that the present petitioner tendered his apology by giving this undertaking that in future, he will not be negligent towards his duties and after taking into consideration such undertaking, the petitioner’s charge was restored. 3. Since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, therefore, there is no useful purpose to keep this petition pending, however, it is made clear that if the petitioner in future found to be negligent towards his duties, the respondents are directed to take action as per the provisions of the Conduct Rules. 4.
