Narendar) The petition is preferred for the issuance of the writ of quo-warranto. 2. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the 4th respondent retired nearly a decade ago. In that view of the matter, the prayer for quo-warranto cannot be sustained. 1 2025:UHC:5487-DB 3. In that view of the matter and in view of the fact that the respondent is not an occupant of any office, the prayer for quo-warranto, in our opinion, is not maintainable. 4.
