The petitioner, namely, Sri Biplob Baruah, son of Kanailal Baruah, resident of village- Milannagar, Kahikuchi, P.O & P.S.- Azara, District-Kamrup (M) has filed this application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 seeking bail in Sessions Special (POCSO) Case No. 34/2018 arising out of North Guwahati Police Station Case No. 53/2018 registered under Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012, wherein he was arrested on 12.12.2024 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. B. Kakati, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. Parashar, learned Addl. PP, Assam has no objection. 4.
