By way of filing this criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Investigating Agency for fair and expeditious investigation of FIR No.4/2020 registered with Police Station Govindgarh District Alwar. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after investigation, a charge-sheet has already been submitted against the co-accused-Rajkumar for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A IPC and under Section 3 (2) (va) of the SC/ST Act and also against the co-accused-Tejpal under Section 366A and 363 IPC before the court of SC/ST Alwar. Hence, under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition. (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1421/2020] 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 4.
