Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 07.06.2025 before the respondents to refer the his claim to the concerned authority for determination of appropriate compensation for acquisition of all the property acquired in Original Survey No.98/1, R.S. No.98/70, present R.S.No.98/7B (Survey No.98/1B1A2) of Reddykuppam Village, Kanathur, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District by fixing a time frame for determination and disposal of the petitioner’s claim for enhanced compensation before the Authority constituted in terms of Section 64 of the LARR Act 2013. Learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2025 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2025, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved parties, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
