JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. Notice to the respondents is dispensed with in view of the proposed order is to be passed. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ of Mandamus by directing the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Hospet to dispose O.S. No.179/2007 within six months, vide Annexure-G. b. And pass such any other relief which deem fit to facts and circumstances of this petition, in the ends of justice and equity. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the suit of the year 2007 is still pending consideration before the Trial Court and has not been dealt with, with the urgency that is required. 4. On the basis of the said submission, a mandamus cannot be issued as a sought for.
