Petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of Gram Panchayat dated 20.11.2024, whereby, the concerned Gram Panchayat removed him from the post of Rojgar Sewak. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the relevant rules, the petitioner's service could not have been dispensed with in a manner in which Gram Panchayat has passed a resolution. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that in this regard, petitioner may approach before the District Magistrate, who may consider his grievance after giving opportunity of hearing to both the petitioner as well as Gram Panchayat. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to approach before the District Magistrate against the order impugned dated 20.11.2024 within a period 4 weeks from today and the same shall be considered and disposed of by means of a reasoned and speaking order, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as Gram Panchayat, within a further period of 2 months. 5.
