JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. Sri. H.L. Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.1, learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent No.2, Sri. Vignesh Shetty, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.3 and Sri. T.P.Muthanna, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.4. 2. The petitioners are before this court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider the representations dated 19.07.2025 at Annexure-U (b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 to issue a directive to the Respondent No.3 to de-freeze the bank account of the Petitioner No.1 at Union Bank of India, Devanahalli bearing Account No- 599202010002443. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41203 WP No. 26629 of 2025 (c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 to issue a directive to the Respondent No.4 to de-freeze the bank accounts of the Petitioner No.2 and Petitioner No.3 at Karnataka Grameena Bank, Devanahalli branch, bearing Account No 12190100007083 and 12190100006678. 3. The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No.1 had directed respondent Nos.3 and 4 to freeze the bank account of the petitioners on account of there being a dispute between the petitioners and other family members as regards the compensation which had already been disbursed by respondent No.2 to the petitioners. 4. The submission of the counsel for the petitioners is that the disputes between the said petitioners and the third parties in O.S.No.1961/2020 and O.S.No.185/2020 have been resolved and there are no particular disputes which are pending between them and as such, the order of freezing the account of the petitioners cannot be continued. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41203 WP No. 26629 of 2025 5. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that if all the parties were to approach respondent No.2 and submit necessary affidavits comply with the necessary documentation indicating that the family members have no objection as regards the release already made in favour of the petitioners, necessary orders would be passed. The said submission of the learned AGA answers the grievance of the petitioners. 6. Reserving liberty to petitioners to obtain such documentation as is required of by respondent No.2 and submit the same to respondent No.2, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and pass necessary orders within 15 days of such submission. 7.
