JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 22-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 117, 109, 352, 303(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have looted 53,000/- from the informant. 4. There are criminal antecedents against both the petitioner of similar and serious type and the petitioners are in custody since 24.07.2024 and 28.07.2024 respectively. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
