JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER This Court has referred the matter to the mediation on 31.7.2025. Now the report is placed before the Court, whereby the husband has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.15.00 lakhs to the wife as full and final settlement. It is agreed that an sum of Rs.7,50,000/- will be paid at the time of filing of mutual consent divorce petition and balance amount of Rs.7,50,000/- at the time of recording the settlement and the respondent- husband has taken the Life Insurance Policy in the name of wife and he has not paid the premium for the past six years. He has no objection for the wife to revive the policy by paying the premium due and continue to pay the subsequent premiums. With this arrangement, it is submitted that as the disputes are fully settled, they will appear before the Family Court by filing a 13-B petition. 2. In that view of the matter, in the light of the terms of the memorandum of settlement, the RPFC is disposed of. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38521 RPFC No. 166 of 2022 3.
