JUSTICE MOHAMMAD NAWAZ ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners are arraigned as accused Nos.1 and 3 in the charge sheet filed by Barke Police in connection with Crime No.56/2024. He submits that similarly placed accused are enlarged on bail and in the charge sheet there is absolutely no overt-acts attributed against petitioner No.1. 2. He further contended that the petitioners were not enlarged on bail earlier and not absconded, as observed in para 10 of the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge (Crl.Misc.No.558/2025 dated 08.07.2025). He therefore, submits that he may be permitted to file a - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33353 CRL.P No. 10024 of 2025 fresh bail application before the Sessions Court urging all the contentions and with that liberty, the instant petition may be disposed of. 3. In light of the above submission, reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh bail application before the Sessions Court, without expressing any view on the merits of the case, petition is disposed of.
