The present writ petition has been filed inter-alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 04.07.2025 passed by the Respondent No. 2/ District Magistrate, Mau. By the aforesaid order, the fair price shop license of the petitioner was cancelled. 3. Today when the matter is taken up, counsel for the State- Respondents informed the Court an order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the Respondent No. 2 by which the aforesaid order namely 04.07.2025 which is under challenge has been cancelled. 4. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition has become infructuous for all practical purposes. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
